Godstone is one of those quietly enchanting English villages that feels like stepping into a storybook with lush greenery, historic architecture, gentle rural life, yet close enough to modernity that it never seems remote.

What makes Godstone especially lovely are its physical charms and its sense of history woven into every lane and pond. There are two historically distinct centres, Church Town and Godstone Green which are both designated conservation areas.

Godstone still retains a warm community feel: a village green where cricket and football are played; local inns and pubs; a community of clubs, societies, and small businesses that bring together all ages.
